What We Do
Event Experience is a Seattle-based destination management company (DMC) and event production agency, founded in 2001.
We plan and produce corporate events, incentive trips, and destination experiences throughout Seattle, Portland, Spokane, and the greater Pacific Northwest — from downtown venues and waterfront spaces to mountain resorts and wineries.
Our in-house team handles event strategy, design, audiovisual and technical production, transportation, and entertainment for clients including Amazon and Fred Hutch.

Since founding Event Experience in 2001, Michelle has been instrumental in building key relationships, driving growth, and finding creative solutions to make every event extraordinary. A certified Destination Management Professional (DMCP), she loves sharing the beauty and culture of the Pacific Northwest with clients from around the world.

Josh provides insight and guidance to the lively team at Event Experience, bringing both heart and strategy to everything he does. With a background in Marketing and Purchasing and experience executing strategy for a public company, he balances the team’s dominant personalities with wisdom and perspective. Josh is a constant presence in meetings—and is currently working on a book about how to avoid them.

Mandy has spent 20 years in the events industry — nearly two decades of that at Event Experience, where she’s been an Event Strategist since 2007. Her passion for event design and thoroughness of execution shows up in every event she runs, and it’s earned her a loyal clientele who come back to her, project after project.
Mandy’s work has been industry-recognized, too: she won an Emerald City Applause Award for Best Corporate Event (budgets over $200K) for the Brooks Future of Running event.

Heather brings 21 years of industry experience to her role at Event Experience, along with a deep knowledge of Seattle and a genuine dedication to her clients. Known for her responsiveness and thoughtful approach, she ensures every detail is handled with care.
Heather is a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) for Seattle, currently serves as a Pacific Northwest PCMA Board Member, and sits on the DMC Network’s 2026 Exchange Committee — active industry involvement that keeps her connected to the latest in destination and event planning across the region.
She loves curating memorable experiences throughout Washington and Oregon, drawing inspiration from the region’s diverse landscapes and communities. Her enthusiasm for Seattle’s vibrant sports scene adds an energetic touch to every event she helps create.

Holly, a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA), brings more than 25 years of experience in the events industry, including nearly two decades at Event Experience since May 2007. She combines her mastery of intricate details with a fresh perspective, using ingenuity to ensure every event’s logistics meet the team’s highest standards.
Holly stays active in the events community beyond Event Experience, with volunteer experience with MPI Washington State Chapter and MPI Cascadia. Never one to meet a stranger, Holly seems to know someone everywhere, making connections that bring extra value to every event she touches.

As an Event Producer, Isabelle brings creativity and care to every project she touches. She loves collaborating closely with vendors and curating the perfect activities and personal touches that make each event uniquely memorable. Isabelle thrives on being on site, ensuring every element comes together seamlessly for an unforgettable guest experience.
Gabi joined the Event Experience team in 2025, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to every event. With prior experience at a private venue, she loves collaborating with clients and vendors to create memorable experiences and enjoys incorporating team-building elements that bring people together.
Hans keeps the Event Experience operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, he manages accounting, payments, and the many moving parts that keep our business on track. His steady support ensures our team can focus on what we do best—creating exceptional events.

Olivia, CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), supports the Event Experience team by leading marketing initiatives and sharing the stories behind the events we create. With event industry experience in addition to her marketing background, she brings a well-rounded view of corporate events — understanding them not just from a storytelling perspective, but from the planning and production side as well. She is passionate about highlighting the impact of each experience, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events across Washington and Oregon, helping clients and audiences see the creativity, thoughtfulness, and results behind every detail.
