 | Teams will be cultured in the nuances of preparing a gourmet meal. Then, our Gourmet Host will reveal the secret ingredient (and by the way - it's alive!) which each team must use to prepare their culinary masterpiece. Equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art cooking tools, as well as a cornucopia of foods, garnishes, and seasonings, each team will have 90 minutes to prepare three courses: a soup or salad, an appetizer and the entree (featuring the secret ingredient).
